All payments must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the package.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed.

7. Sales & Promotions

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
